Niveaux intermédiare/Intermediate Level

All categories of poses from Level 1/2 classes plus headstand and shoulderstand for 6 minutes each plus arm balancings and backbends.

By registering for this class you agree to the following:

1. If you suffer from any injuries or disease it is best to consult with your physician before joining these classes. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, know or unknown, which you might incur whilst or as a result of attending these classes.

2. When online, it is up to you to assess whether you are able to keep up with the pace and level of instructions imparted by the teacher for the classes that you have decided to enrol for and you will judge your limitations and perform accordingly.

3. You have knowingly voluntarily and expressly waived any claim against Tim Ruddy for any injury or damage that you may sustain as a result of attending these online yoga classes.

4. You are responsible to make sure that you can see and hear the classes properly on your device and also that you position the device in such a way that you are visible to the teacher.
