Join me as we promenade through the amazing streets of NYC. During this 4 session workshop, we will amplify what we see through the additional lens of photography. Bring your cell phones and/or digital cameras as we explore shadows, black & white, micro/macro shots and angles. This is an opportunity to commune and enjoy the endless possibilities offered through photography.

Materials:
Cell phone cameras, Digital camera (point and shoot, SLRs)

TASHA DOUGÉ is a Bronx-based, Haitian-infused artist, artivist & cultural vigilante. Her body of work activates conversations around women, advocacy, sex, education, societal "norms," identity and Black pride. Through conceptual art, teaching, and performance, Dougé devotedly strives to empower and to forge broad understanding of the contributions of Black people, declaring that her "voice is the first tool within my art arsenal.
