3-Sync Meditation + Presencing
Our practice will include a brief welcome and context, a guided meditation in support of including and integrating body-emotions-mind and essence or soul. After the silent meditation, practice continues with a few rounds of sharing brief statements in the form of "I sense....", "I feel....." , or "I notice....", which allows us to build inner/outer congruence by continuing the meditation with words. As we listen and share in this way, we strengthen our group field or "we space."
