Gender and Sexuality 101 with Maria Michonski

This training is designed to provide participants with an introductory/foundational understanding of basic concepts and language related to gender and sexuality, especially LGBTQIA+ identities. We'll establish a common lexicon, review definitions and language do's and don'ts, talk about why competency in these topics matters for supporting survivors, and how best to support someone when they come out.
