January Training - Mentoring: Its Past, Its Present, and Its Possibilities

In conjunction with National Mentoring month, MENTOR Nebraska is celebrating by exploring the past, present, and future of mentoring. January’s training is going to take a deep dive into the historical significance of mentoring by examining why and how it was established many centuries ago. Participants will gain a greater understanding of how mentoring has expanded its reach by maximizing natural relationships and more modern programmatic skillsets. Furthermore, this training will examine the broad generational differences in mentoring and how mentoring has shown up in the lives of youth throughout the years.
