Swipe Session #5 feat. Challah for Hunger: Advocacy For Students, By Students

In the fifth of a monthly series called 'Swipe Sessions,' this time in collaboration with national student hunger-fighting nonprofit Challah for Hunger, student advocates from around the country will share how they've taken charge on pushing the needle towards food security policy and programmatic change for their peers. Presenters will discuss their experiences in conversation with on-campus administrators as well as state and national legislators, and facilitate a dialogue with session participants on how to forge pathways toward tangible change. Participants will also hear from Challah for Hunger's Director of Advocacy, Miriam Lipschutz, about Challah for Hunger's #FUELHigherEd advocacy campaign, as well as Swipe Out Hunger's Director of Advocacy, Robb Friedlander, on the recently-launched Swipe Out Hunger Advocacy Toolkit.
