SOLD OUT – Thrive by Interrupting Internalized Bias and Healing Racial Trauma
With the spotlight on white supremacy and racism — and anti-Black racism in particular — in this moment, you may find that as someone who is Black, Indigenous or a person of color (BIPOC), you are feeling tremendous grief, heaviness, activation and more. Know that you are not alone in this experience. Racism permeates more than just our social systems, structures and processes — it seeps into our minds and bodies, acting as a barrier to our personal and professional development, which is why we must interrupt internalized bias, heal our trauma and build resilience to thrive.

In this webinar, Ritu Bhasin, inclusion, authenticity and leadership expert, will share key practices for BIPOC professionals to understand and overcome internalized bias and racial trauma, including:

• What the internalization of racial bias is and how it shows up
• The impact of racism our health, empowerment, confidence and performance
• How racial bias and trauma are linked and the adverse impact of racial bias on the minds and bodies of BIPOC professionals
• Practical strategies for how to interrupt the internalization of racial bias so that you can thrive both personally and professionally

Please note, this session is for BIPOC professionals only and there are limited spots. Please only register if you identify as BIPOC. Finally, to create a collective experience, we will be inviting you to turn on your cameras.
