Slow and Steady
You may begin at 6:30 am or 6:45 am.

This class begins with 10 - 15 minutes of pranayama breathing exercises and/or morning meditation.

From 6:45 - 7:30 am, I will lead the class in slow and steady poses (asanas) that gently wake up the body.

All are welcome!
