Fostering Growth in Challenging Times

An interactive experience focused upon Post-Challenge Growth, combining emotional intelligence, resilience, and mindfulness practices designed to provide essential tools and strategies proven to be effective in maximizing a person’s ability to not just move through challenging times but to GROW through them.

Mary Paige Kurilla is a US Army Certified Master Resilience Trainer and certified Warriors at Ease Level 2 teacher, trained in trauma-sensitive, therapeutic, and adaptive yoga. She holds a Masters of Education and applies that knowledge in the design and implementation of wellness programs across the many communities she has lived as a military spouse of over 25 years.
Mary Paige is passionate about advocating for the physical and mental well-being of Service Members, Veterans, and their families and understands the importance of providing education and skills to help enhance their lives. She currently serves in leadership and advisory positions on numerous military-connected boards and is the Senior Spouse to the XVIII Airborne Corps.

Kerry Irvin is a Department of Defense Certified Master Resilience Trainer and Performance Expert with a history of energizing teams and stimulating growth with a science-based approach to enhancing performance and improving personal well-being and team dynamics to entities across the Department of Defense, as well as corporate and non-profit sectors around the world.
Kerry’s work in the military-connected community has earned her the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award and Military Spouse of the Year recognition. She is the Corporate and Foundations Relationship Manager at Camp Corral and serves as the Senior Spouse of the 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division.
