Getting Started With Certainty (CW02)

This session is designed for advisory team members new to the Certainty Advice approach.

Steps to 'get started' most effectively, an overview of the Certainty 'big picture', an understanding of services available and most importantly, helping every new Certainty team members make their best start leveraging the Certainty Advice platform and community.

Individual plans will be built and followed up to assist everyone's implementation. These sessions are repeated on the last Monday morning of each month.
