Yoga Classes with Ingrid Exner
Ready to yoga? Sign up for our new, free series with Ingrid Exner, certified yoga teacher & person with lived experience. Expect movements that work for every body, including yours! Sessions run every second Wednesday at 7 pm ET from May 25 to June 22 (3 in total). We encourage you to turn on your cameras so participants can see each other and experience the session together.

NOTE: You do not need to register again if you registered for previous classes. You only need to register once to receive access to all classes.

Who should attend

Anyone looking for a relaxing activity to help manage stress and improve mental and physical health. All ages and abilities.

What to bring or wear

Loose fitting clothing, a comfortable chair with a flat back and a beverage.
