Intro to Mindfulness & Meditation with Robyn - (5:30pm EST)
Mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment—and accepting it without judgment. Mindfulness is now being examined scientifically and has been found to be a key element in stress reduction and overall happiness.
Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.

What you'll need:
- A quiet and comfortable place for our sessions.
- Sit in a chair or on a cushion on the floor.
- Wear comfortable, loose clothing so you're not distracted.
- Bring an open mind. :-)
- You might want to have your notebook or journal nearby to jot down any questions or observations that you have.

This program is priced on a sliding scale between $110 - $135.

Please consider paying at the rate you're most comfortable with. Your generosity supports your fellow practitioners and allows me to offer classes to those with financial restrictions.
