We'll start the session with a fun role play (not about consulting), and we'll each contribute our suggested next steps and hear from each other.
We'll segue into a short presentation negotiation strategies.
We then break out into Zoom rooms of 3 and you'll be part of a trio and negotiate a consulting contract.
These are real contracts that come from your colleagues. You will either be the client, consultant or the observer/coach.
We'll get together in 1 central Zoom room and debrief, encouraging you to share your lessons learned and set your own negotiation goals.
