We will be hosting Wellbeing Wednesday each month, the premise of which is to provide an environment in which to learn, explore and develop tools and techniques to maintain positive wellbeing.
Each month we'll explore a different topic under the broad umbrella of wellbeing, and facilitate an open discussion. You will have the opportunity to collaborate, connect with others, and share ideas within a safe, informal environment.
As we approach the halfway point (hopefully) on lockdown 2.0, it is a good opportunity for us to stop and reflect on how we are managing, what is working, and what we may need to change in order to best keep ourselves healthy, happy and motivated. In line with Action for Happiness' 'New ways for November' calendar, the session will be focused around changing our perspective in order to offer us some variety. This includes changing perspectives physically, in terms of our habits and routines, and seeking to understand new viewpoints.
As always, this is a collaborative session and we really hope to see you there.
