Neurodivergent Support Space - ADHD Support & Discussion Session 1
This virtual support space will be led by Amy Fiawornu from ADHDInterrupted. We planned for two discussion sessions in November to maximize accessibility, and students are welcome to attend both. The discussions will focus on the challenges people with ADHD face during COVID, especially from the perspective of BIPOC and assigned-female at birth folks who are underrepresented in mainstream depictions. We will be covering a different discussion topic in each session, and participants get to choose the topic they feel most passionate about. The topic options will be sent out to registered participants prior to the sessions.

ADHDInterrupted is a service centre in Guelph & Ottawa that prides itself in being the only ADHD & ASD Centre in the world with a complete team of neurodivergent practitioners. Their goal is to provide resources to help fellow ADHDers, Autistics and their loved ones to manage the “side-effects” of neurodivergence while harnessing the superpowers like creativity, humour, & hyperfocus.
