NEM 2023: Beyond Engineering - The skills needed to navigate technical change

In our rapidly changing world, technical innovation and solutions play a critical role and while technical expertise is important, it is not enough. To help organizations navigate this transition engineers need to develop skills that will complement and support their engineering knowledge including sales techniques, stakeholder management, presentation and story-telling, and strategies for effective change management.Two industry professionals will discuss their experiences after graduation in their respective fields, how they got to where they are, and what they look forward to in the future. They will share exciting projects they have worked on and how their schooling impacted their experiences.
