Kundalini Yoga for Winter Wellbeing
We'll draw on the healing qualities of the the Water element to seed our path for a prosperous and healthy year ahead. A gentle toning of our body systems through the winter season to: 

> Strengthen the nerves
> Balance the glands
> Increase stability and vitality
> Improve mental clarity and concentration
> Sharpen the senses to build awareness
> Boost creativity and step into your true potential

Expect a blend of Kundalini Yoga breathwork, movement, sacred sound and meditations fitting for current times to harmonise mind, body and soul.

Change is a constant, love is a constant flow. As we flow through the changes, naturally, so too will love grow. Be like water.

I will open the meeting 15 minutes before, at 5.45pm, and will allow 5-10 minutes after the session for group sharing and any questions.
