The Breath of Resilience with Chani Grieve
Thankyou for registering for The Breath of Resilience. I look forward to sharing these movement practices with you, and being part of your journey to freedom.

For these sessions you will need :
A quiet space where ideally you won't be interrupted
A mat or blanket to lie on
Folded towel/blanket for head support
Comfortable clothes for easy movement
A blanket/shawl for warmth (optional)
A meditation cushion or chair nearby

These sessions are offered by Dana/Koha.
