Simone's signature class takes an athletic approach to the principles of Pilates, yoga and ballet encouraging students to embrace challenging movements in an upbeat class. Combining strength and stamina training, low impact cardio and stretching, the TF method delivers a full body workout creating lean muscles, improving posture, flexibility and mind body connection.
Recommended to make the most of your class:
A chair, counter top or horizontal stair railing to use as a barre as well as a mat with some padding for your knees. A stretch strap (robe belt or mens tie) and a set of 2 or 3 lb weights.
The class uses a variety of optional props: ball, circular bands, long elastic band, ankle weights, yoga block. A list of props and where to purchase can be found on the trueform studio website under the FAQ tab. Not all props are used in each class.
