Breathe with Brandi is brought to you by the Mindful Mentors to help activate your body's energy mid-day for balance, clarity, and focus. This mini-session is an opportunity to center yourself in the middle of the day and rejuvenate.

We invite you to breathe, to create balance and harmony allowing health and vitality to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

The session is 30 minutes with an 11-minutes focus on breathing with intention.
