Come join us for something new in sports and recreation. Enjoy the whole person benefits of morning meditation focusing on our personal, mental and physical state of being. This class will help to calm emotions and slow our minds while focusing on our breath, and exploring movement. No equipment necessary. Come try this class which helps build mindfulness and is also a great start to any day!
