Mindfulness is more than a buzz word; it is a powerful practice of paying attention in the present moment, with non judgmental awareness. While we're always paying attention to something, mindfulness practices can help us use our attention to slow down, meet stress in productive ways, learn about ourselves, regulate intense or uncomfortable emotions, strengthen the ability to respond intentionally and even rest more deeply.
All you need for the workshop is a phone, computer or smart device and the willingness to experience how mindfulness may benefit you. PDF handout with mindfulness practices will be emailed to participants after the workshop.
