Join us on Zoom with Tara Temple, all you need is a smart phone, tablet, or computer. Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is done while seated. Chair Yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration, and strength. It can also boost your mood and reduce stress.
Tara has taught floor, and special needs yoga at the library and numerous studios in the area. Registration is required.
