Dr. Kevin Learned is a national expert in funding capital needs of startup and early-stage businesses. He is the co-founder of four angel funds, which made more than 50 early-stage investments. He serves on the board of the Angel Capital Association, the national society of angel investors, helping to guide standards and public policy in early-stage investing. He is a successful exited entrepreneur, was a co-founder of Venture College at Boise State, and holds a Ph.D. in entrepreneurship.
Currently, Kevin is a partner in two Boise-based companies. Loon Creek Capital Group assists investors and companies throughout the US in structuring syndicates to pool risk capital. Sage Growth Capital Fund makes non-dilutive revenue-based investments.
