English for the Workplace Communications, Level 1

This 10-week class is for migrants and former refugees working to improve their comprehension and use of the English language. This course is tailored for beginners who know little or no English. The instructor will start with the basics to help learners feel more confident in everyday interactions and workplace communications.

Every Tuesday, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

- This is just a registration form and does not guarantee your official enrolment. We will send an email to you to confirm if you have been accepted to our programme or if you have been put on our waiting list.
- Space is limited (14). Please register only if you can attend the entire course.
- This class is free for confirmed attendees.
- Confirmation and class access details will be sent to accepted students the week of 17 January 2023
- Priority registration will be for Work Visa holders.
- Each class will be hosted online via Zoom.
- If you are away from class more than two (2) times without advance notice you will be removed from the course.
- The instructor suggests participants be ready with a paper & pen for each session.
