Do you like to be connected with your sMove! community via Zoom at the same time?
Then you are very welcome to participate in our sMove! ONLINE training.
What is sMove!:
sMove! is based on the “Stopping Movement” concept of the Grinberg Method®.
The aim of the class is to teach you to shift your attention from mind to body. It is all about gaining energy while moving without effort and in a non-repetitive way.
The training doesn’t require any previous knowledge.
We recommend the following preparations:
To have some space to move. Please wear comfortable sportswear, shoes are not needed.
It would be great if you wouldn’t be disturbed for 45 minutes (turn off the phone and inform your roommates).
It is the best to prepare a yoga mat, a bottle of water, a blanket for the rest.
Please also have a chair nearby.
And then you can start!
Please be aware of the following principles of the practice:
N. 1: every single move you make ends by being conducted by the beat of the music.
N. 2: after each stop follows a new move.
N.3: each physical movement should be led by the needs of your body but not of the mind.
N. 4: make sure you pay attention to your breathing while you are moving.
For each song, we will give you a set of limitations. Within these you can find freedom and creativity in the way you move your body. Limitations could be moving just specific body parts to the rhythm of the music. Other limitations could be, the intensity, frequency, small to huge gestures, you can draw different shapes in the air (like curves, straight, circles). We purposely use the spectrum from slow to driving beats.
