Anyone can take and enjoy this class, regardless of ability. We will be seated the whole time. In this relaxing and inspiring class, we will gently move every joint through it’s range of motion, from the neck and shoulders to the knees and ankles. We will also do some lovely self-massage of the face and maybe even the shoulders and legs. Finally we will end the session with a guided meditation to relax and revive, helping you to feel good the rest of the day.
