Share and Learn session

We are looking forward to seeing you at our next Share and Learn session. This week, we will be joined by Latin Motion for a beginners Latin Dance session. It’s a good introduction to both Salsa & Bachata footwork & body movement, giving beginners a solid base of all the most used steps & turns. Dancing is great for us, both for our mental & physical well-being, it literally makes us happy with some much-needed social interaction with live teaching, questions & feedback.

This Share and Learn session will be recorded by Carers UK. Recording sessions allows carers who were unable to attend to enjoy the benefits of these sessions. It also allows us to monitor their quality, so we can continue to improve Share and Learn. Please note that only the speaker/facilitator’s section will be publicly shared, but you may be visible if you keep your camera on. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are welcome to turn off your camera/audio during this part of the session. The question & answer section will not be publicly shared.

There is a limit of 20 people per video chat. If you can't attend this one, hopefully you can join another very soon.
