Phoenix Breathwork - Sunday Sessions Breathing Circle
This session is specifically for those who have already experienced Transformational Breath® or another connected breathing practice previously.
We will come together in a group, set an intention and I will guide you through a breathing session. Numbers are limited for these sessions to allow for sharing and more support where needed.

Transformational Breath® is a self-healing tool you can use yourself anywhere at any time and will help you manage those moments where everything may seem like a little too much.

What do I need?

Ensure you have a private space where you will not be disturbed but you can lie down, ideally on the floor on a yoga mat and where the facilitator will be able to see you whilst you are breathing.

Have to hand:

- Pillow- Blanket- A bottle of water

Avoid heavy meals prior to the event.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that will not restrict movement, particularly around the belly.
