Meditation

Join together to experience soothing meditations. Christine will guide you through several meditations such as breath awareness, body scan, and lovingkindness.

Group is offered weekly; drop in anytime.

No prior meditation experience necessary.

Sliding scale:

* $10 / class you attend - standard fee
* $5 - please pay this rate if you are unemployed/retired/facing some financial challenges but are generally able to support yourself and pay bills
* $0/your presence is the donation - please attend and no payment needed if you are experiencing homelessness, having trouble paying for food or other essential needs but would still like to meditate with us. No questions asked!
