This workshop will explore the downsides of aggregating power in one person and the benefits of expanding our ideas about how leadership can work. We'll walk through the potential benefits and downsides of co-leadership models, evolutionary governance, and other ways to include more staff in the decision-making process. We'll talk through steps to prepare for transition from the solo executive to co-leadership.
