Since the murder of George Floyd in 2020, more preachers and congregations have felt the urgency of eradicating racism. At the same time, politicians in at least 36 states have put forth legislation to ban all discussions of racism in K-12 education, calling such all conversations “Critical Race Theory” and suggesting they do more harm than good. This presentation will help preachers understand the history behind the anti-CRT movement and how to navigate conversations about racism as a sin we must continue to confront as Christians and as a society.
