Resilience Habits During COVID-19
The Lifestyle Approach To Nutrition, Exercise, and Mindfulness. This class will inform and educate you on the essential information and skills you need to develop lifelong healthful eating, exercise, and mindfulness habits.

Changing your lifestyle habits can seem like common sense or overly complicated, but how often does your approach to building a healthy lifestyle work for you? Optimizing your lifestyle routines has always been important, but at this time, it can feel more important than ever. After all, most of us have had our routines turned upside down and inside out. But, what if there was a simple, intuitive, "common sense" approach you could learn to help you build 3 of the most powerful behaviors you can do to manage your physical and mental health during this pandemic - diet, exercise, and mindfulness?
The goal of these 2 classes is to teach you a simple approach that works and to help you begin driving the changes in key behaviors to create the results you want.
During these classes, we will be focusing on three key areas of lifestyle - mindfulness (meditation), exercise, and nutrition.
After this class, you will:
1) understand the key bits of information you need to know to improve your diet, exercise, and stress (through mindfulness).
2) understand that changing your lifestyle is not complicated and can be done even in the face of a global pandemic.
3) have the tools to create an effective strategy to change any health-related behavior you want.
4) be able to identify what's been missing for changes you've failed to make in the past.
