ITRPV Topic: ITRPV 11th Edition – Main Findings & Brief Status Hanwha Q Cells
Jinko Solar's Topic: High Efficiency n-type c-Si Solar Cell: Technologies and Performance
Abstract: N-type solar cell advanced technologies have shown very good performance in terms of cell efficiency, manufacturing cost and A product rates. This work discuss the progress, key technical issue and application performance of the n-type solar cell advanced technologies.
CEA-INES' Topic: High efficiency cell concepts for mass-production: insights into their compliance with larger wafer formats
Abstract: This presentation will focus first on the latest achievements in high efficiency solar cells and modules at CEA-INES: silicon heterojunction, poly-silicon based passivated contacts and tandem technologies.
New cell concepts and processes will be presented as well as information about their deployment towards mass production.
Then, preliminary insights will be given into the challenges raised by larger wafer formats (e.g, M6, M12) for high efficiency technologies.
