Now more than ever, people are searching for ways to manage their anxiety through alternative means and away from conventional medicine and prescription pills. This workshop is designed to guide you through some food and lifestyle choices that aim to ease anxious symptoms and help you live a mindful and fulfilling life. We will talk about mindful eating, diet culture mentality, lifestyle practices and food choices that are said to improve neurological symptoms. You will come out of this workshop with a PDF workbook of all recommendations, and a recorded meditation that you can implement into your daily routine.
Keep in mind that this workshop is not a prescription or a diagnosis, and all recommendations are to be taken at your own discretion.
