Self compassion and gratitude practices
So often we are taught to be kind to others and we neglect the importance of also being kind to ourselves. In this 30 minute training, you will learn about the power of positivity and the many benefits of regularly practicing self compassion and gratitude. By the end of this training you will increase your understanding of how positive thinking and positive self-talk can improve our moods and overall well-being.
