"Empowered Job Seeking in Peer Support Roles" ~ CPS & CPPS Community of Practice
This January 20th we have Tim Saubers of the Peer Recovery Center of Excellence facilitating a conversation and exploration of "Empowered Job Seeking in Peer Support Roles."

As new and existing peer specialists seek jobs, there are so many considerations to finding the right fit for you. Come and discuss with others resume basics, as well as understanding the ins and outs of what a job description is saying to determine how find the right peer support job that aligns with your skills, passions, and values. This will be an interactive discussion that makes use of breakout rooms and activities.

This Community of Practice is for individuals who can say both of the following:

1. I am a Certified Peer Specialist or Certified Parent Peer Specialist in Wisconsin.

2. I want to engage in a supportive, collaborative learning-based Community of Practice with other CPS & CPPS in Wisconsin.

If the above is true for you, please join us as we seek to learn and grow together how to improve professional peer support and parent peer support services in Wisconsin!
