Pilates for strength and mobility with Molly
Our class focus will be all about strengthening the pelvic floor! Strengthening these critical muscles in the base of the pelvis is central to improving stability, posture, balance, and walking. We will use exercises and the breath to recruit the pelvic floor - appropriate for all skill and disability levels.
This will be a fully mat class.
