Summer Yoga Sessions: Morning Slow Flow
This morning slow flow is designed for cancer survivors/thrivers and caregivers. Instructor Paola will help you explore grounding techniques, movement with breath, and breathwork to help reduce stress and anxiety and keep your body active. We will work on building strength, improving flexibility, and boosting overall well-being. No prior yoga experience is required. All levels welcomed!

Paola is an 8-year yoga practitioner as well as a cancer thriver who received her 200-Hour teacher training certification from Awakening Yoga Foundations in the Spring of 2021.
