Chair Yoga for Relaxation will be facilitated by Kahlila Kramer, a certified yoga teacher, personal trainer, and mat pilates instructor. She utilizes many modalities and techniques for calming the nervous system and creating balance in the body. This class will be accessible to all bodies and levels of experience.

Join us for stretching, mobility, and relaxation techniques designed to take care of yourself as you care for others.
