We're all working in a more collaborative environment – regardless of location. For the foreseeable future, staff will be working with clients, courts, and other providers both in person and virtually. At the beginning of the pandemic, legal aid programs quickly pivoted to available technology and equipment in new ways to ensure they continued to serve their clients. Now it’s time for programs to plan for the long term by building in more security and best practices.
