Rainy Day Tai Chi

Rainy Day Tai Chi is a shortened condensed version of the yang style long form. When you have less room to practice and perhaps have to go indoors Rainy Day Tai Chi is the perfect movement series to practice. 

Improve balance
Increase breath capacity
Increase your brains ability to focus
Enjoy moving with more energy!

Sunday, January 3rd
10am to 2pm

Fee: sliding scale $55 to $75 per class

(If you attended the December 6th class and you want to come to this class as well this second workshop will be half price).
