There are a number of Local Authorities, District Councils in particular, who are tackling post pandemic service transformation and digital delivery,using a Local Government as a Platform approach.
Harborough District Council is one such council who are using a low-code platform to deliver change internally & externally.
Harborough District Council was suffering from a poor customer experience. Traditionally, they outsourced and therefore had no CRM or ability to create automation. After speaking to customers, they understood the issues they were suffering from. This sparked a digital change programme.
