The Center for Arts Education and Social Emotional Learning builds capacity to facilitate arts education integrated with social emotional learning (SEL), and fosters a new vision for SEL within the context of artistic works and learning. This is accomplished by elevating the lived experience, voices, and cultural assets of students through the development of exemplary arts education practices and approaches. Join us to explore how artistic SEL can become a powerful catalyst, empowering students to investigate identity, belonging, and agency as they engage in the artistic processes to Create, Perform, Respond, and Connect.
