USATF-New England’s Perform: 24 webinar program, formerly known as 2+22, is designed to help athletes to use their entire day to support their performance and overall health. Injury Prevention & Management has been one of the most highly requested topics by members, so the 2022 series is starting with this topic. The webinar is intended to answer questions about common injuries that can occur, how to best prevent injuries, how to quicken injury recovery, and how to return to regular practices should an injury occur. Information is intended to be accessible and relevant to athletes of all ages.
