Panelists on innovative solutions for youth in Westchester:
- Hon. Kathie Davidson, Dean, NYS Judicial Institute, on the Gender-Responsive Initiatives and Partnerships (GRIP) Court.
- Hon. Jared R. Rice, City Judge of New Rochelle City Court, on the Opportunity Youth Part (OYP) initiative;
- Hon. Lyndon Williams, City Judge of Mt. Vernon City Court, on the Emerging Adult initiative in Mount Vernon City Court; and
Moderator:
- Ms. Joanne Dunn, Executive Director of the Youth Shelter of Westchester

The panel will be followed by remarks from Sean Pica, Executive Director of Hudson Link for Higher Education in Prison and from a graduate of one of the programs. An interactive discussion with the audience and panelists will follow the program.
