A vision board is a visual representation of your goals. Mental practices like visualization can increase motivation, confidence, and serve as a reminder that provides inspiration. Vision boards are created out of your self-reflection, values, goal setting in terms of short, long, and lifetime goals, and defining your motivations and inspirations. Vision boards embody short- and long-term change and allow you to focus on particular aspects of your life. Through this workshop, you will be provided with ways you can participate in self-reflection, evaluate areas of wellness in your life, ways you can create and adapt the vision board making process to best fit your needs, examples of a vision board, and starting to plan your own vision board journey.
