• U.S. racial disparities emerging during the COVID-19 pandemic and disproportionate police violence, within a broader history of American racism
• And, why protest is a profound public health intervention

Rhea Boyd MD, MPH is a pediatrician, public health advocate, scholar, Director of Equity and Justice for The California Children's Trust and Chief Medical Officer of San Diego 211. Dr. Boyd writes and teaches on the relationship between structural racism, inequity and health.
