INSTRUCTOR: Nathan Coomer
This class will work your whole body and mind. Our A.M.P. (Amplitude, Mental Agility, Power) class was specifically designed to battle the effects of Parkinson's Disease but is wonderful exercise for anybody looking to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and cognition. You don't need any special equipment to get a good workout in with A.M.P. Class! We only ask that you have something soft like a yoga mat or a thick towel to lie on as we will be getting down to the ground. We will also challenge your balance so please have a chair or something sturdy close by for support. We hope you enjoy!

Brian Grant Foundation (briangrant.org)
The Brian Grant Foundation provides proven tools to improve the well-being of people with Parkinson’s. BGF was established in 2010, following Brian’s diagnosis in 2008 at the age of 36. Though there is no cure for Parkinson’s, exercise, nutrition and a supportive community can help manage symptoms, maintain overall health and prevent other serious illnesses."
