VJGK Off Ice
Body weight workouts, stretching, stick handling, quick feet, hockey IQ class, and card workouts will all be a part of our VJGK Off Ice. All you need is your stick, golf ball/ball/puck, 1 foot box taped on the ground, and some space. Each session will be approximately 30-40 minutes.
